Business Hours Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Central Time. Fax and internet orders may be place anytime. Orders received after the 3:00 p.m. Central Time will be processed the next business day.
Payment Terms Credit Cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
Credit Terms. You can apply for credit with Texas Glove Depot and receive payment terms of Net 30 days. To establish credit with us please call us at 1-800-658-9228 or send an email request to customerservice@texasglovedepot.com to request a credit application. We will require a good business history as well as bank and trade references.
Shipping & Processing Charges All orders are shipped by UPS ground service. A shipping and processing charge of $7.95 will automatically be added to all orders falling below our $100.00 prepaid minimum. All orders greater than this minimum will be shipped prepaid. For customers wanting to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States, or to ship by Second Day or Overnight Delivery, the cost of the carrier's shipping charges will be added to the order.
Our shipping and processing charge is intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products you have purchased, and delivering them to your specified shipping address. This standard charge is subject to change as market conditions an prices dictate.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the items purchased within 60 days. Please help us process your return by calling our customer service department at 1-800-658-9228 to request a return authorization number. Items that are not defective must be returned in resaleable condition. After we receive your return, an exchange or credit will be issued to you. On certain items and certain quantities, a restocking fee of no more than 20 percent may be assessed.
Warranties
Texas Glove Depot makes no warranties of any kind and disclaims all express warranties and any implied warrantee of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Texas Glove Depot's liability, if any, for negligence or otherwise, is limited to return of goods sold and refund of purchase price. This is the exclusive remedy and under no circumstance is Texas Glove Depot liable for consequential damages.
